Step 1: You Reach Out

It starts with a quick call or a request through our free estimate page. We'll ask a few basic questions - which rooms you're thinking about, roughly what you have in mind, and your address - and get you on the schedule, usually the same day or next day.

Step 2: We Come to You, Samples in Hand

On the day of your appointment, Alex or a member of our team shows up at your door with real samples of hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, and laminate - not photos on a screen, actual product you can hold, walk on, and see under your own lighting. Colors and finishes look completely different under your kitchen lights than they do under a showroom's fluorescents, so this step matters more than people expect.

Step 3: We Measure Every Room

We measure the actual rooms you're flooring - not an estimate off a listing sheet - and take note of anything that affects the install: transitions between rooms, stairs, closets, existing flooring that needs to come out, and the condition of the subfloor underneath.

Step 4: You Get a Written Quote On the Spot

This is the part we're most proud of. Before we leave your home, you get a complete, written, itemized quote - materials, labor, removal, and everything else included. No "we'll follow up with pricing next week" - just a clear picture of what high-quality flooring costs for your family.

Step 5: You Decide, No Pressure

We know flooring is a real investment, and we'd rather you feel good about the decision than feel rushed into one. Take the quote, think it over, compare it to whatever else you're considering - we're happy to answer follow-up questions by phone or text.

Step 6: Installation Day

Once you're ready, we schedule the install and handle everything - removal of old flooring, prep, the install itself, and cleanup - so your home is left tidy and ready to enjoy.
