Vinyl flooring specialists in South Florida
Modern vinyl is one of the most practical floors you can put in a South Florida home - fully waterproof, scratch-resistant, and tough enough for kids, pets, and everyday life. D'Landra Wooden Floors installs luxury vinyl plank, luxury vinyl tile, and sheet vinyl throughout Coral Springs and greater Broward County.
As a small, family-run crew founded by Alex Landra in 2021, we source from reputable manufacturers and bring real samples to your home rather than asking you to picture a floor from a photo online.

The three kinds of vinyl - which fits your room
"Vinyl flooring" covers a few different products, and we'll help match the right one to each room during your free in-home consultation.
- Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) - looks like hardwood, 100% waterproof, our most-installed option for whole homes
- Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) - looks like stone or ceramic, a strong choice for kitchens and bathrooms
- Sheet vinyl - large rolls with fewer seams, a smart pick for laundry rooms and small baths

Why vinyl fits South Florida homes so well
Vinyl doesn't flinch at the things that matter most down here - humidity, the occasional storm-related water intrusion, and a concrete slab foundation. It installs directly over most subfloors, which usually means less demo and a faster project timeline than other flooring types.

Professional installation
Vinyl looks simple to install, but the details that separate a great job from a sloppy one - flat subfloors, proper expansion gaps, clean transitions - come down to craft. Our crew handles every step, including baseboard removal and reinstall and removal of your existing floor, and we treat every job like it's our own.

Vinyl Flooring - frequently asked questions
Yes - all the LVP, LVT, and sheet vinyl we install is 100% waterproof. You can mop it, and it holds up well even if South Florida weather brings water into the house.
LVP is waterproof; laminate is water-resistant but not waterproof. LVP is a bit softer and quieter underfoot. For most South Florida rooms - especially anywhere near a bathroom, laundry room, or exterior door - we recommend LVP.
Yes - this is one of the main reasons vinyl is such a popular choice in our area. Most homes we work in are slab-on-grade, and vinyl handles that foundation without any special accommodations.
